When your order leaves
Packing runs Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, and most orders go out within one or two business days. Weekend orders are picked up first thing Monday.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout, before you pay, and varies by package size and destination. This site does not print a figure for the same reason it prints no prices: the checkout is the authority and a stale number here would only mislead you.
How long delivery takes

These are carrier estimates rather than promises. Weather, customs and the fortnight either side of a major holiday all add days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the carrier collects your parcel. The first scan can take a day to appear, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. Nothing moving for more than 5 business days is worth an email to us.
International orders
Where we ship outside the United States, import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling are levied by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Those rates are set by your government and we cannot calculate or prepay them. Where customs refuses a parcel and it comes back to us, we refund it minus what the outbound leg cost.
Addresses
Read yours back at checkout. Spotted an error afterwards? Email immediately — while the order is still with us it is usually fixable. Once shipped the address is locked, and a parcel returned for a bad address needs reshipping at cost.
Damage and non-delivery
Crushed or broken on the way: send a photo inside 7 days and a replacement follows at no cost. Marked delivered but missing: neighbours and depot first, then contact us so a carrier investigation can be opened.
Storing your bottles
Keep DermaHoney cool, dry, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not take them beyond the date shown on the bottle. Capsules that look or smell off should not be taken — write to us and a replacement goes out. If you have bought a multi-bottle package, leave the unopened bottles sealed until you reach them.
